Workspace general settings

How to configure workspace-level settings — name, logo, timezone, and default task statuses.

Workspace settings apply to everyone in your workspace. Only Admins can change them.

General settings

Go to Workspace Settings → General to update:

Workspace name
Workspace logo or avatar
Default timezone (used for due date reminders and the Workload view)
Default language

Custom task statuses

antbase ships with default statuses (To Do, In Progress, In Review, Done). You can customise these at the project level — go to any project's Settings → Statuses to add, rename, or reorder them.

Deleting a workspace

Go to Workspace Settings → General, scroll to the Danger Zone, and click Delete Workspace. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
