Terms of Service

Welcome to antbase, an AI-powered project management platform operated by Content Shifu Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using antbase at app.antbase.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using antbase on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Acceptance and Scope

By accessing or using the antbase platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of antbase, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. AI Capabilities and Disclaimer of Warranties

antbase integrates third-party AI models to provide features such as workload analysis, task suggestions, and the antbot AI assistant. You acknowledge that:

The platform and its AI features are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated suggestions, analyses, or outputs.
You are solely responsible for validating AI outputs before making any business, financial, or operational decisions based on them.
We expressly disclaim liability for any business losses, missed deadlines, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
AI features require you to provide your own API key from a supported AI provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). We do not charge for AI usage on your behalf and are not responsible for charges from your AI provider.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Content Shifu Co., Ltd. owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the antbase platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, user interfaces, and the antbase trademark and branding.

Your data: You retain full ownership of all data, content, and materials you upload or create within antbase ("User Content"). By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your User Content solely to provide the service to you.

Feedback: If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the platform, you agree that we may use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

4. Subscription, Payments, and Taxes

Paid subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the platform.

All fees are quoted exclusive of value-added tax (VAT) and any other applicable Thai taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.

Refund policy: All fees are non-refundable except where required by mandatory Thai consumer protection laws or as otherwise stated in your subscription agreement.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Content Shifu Co., Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Your violation of these Terms;
Any intellectual property infringement or other claims arising from your User Content;
Your misuse of AI features or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
