Inviting your team
How to invite team members and guests to your antbase workspace, and which role to assign them.
antbase supports four roles: Admin, Manager, Member, and Guest. Here is how to add people to your workspace.
Inviting team members
- Go to Workspace Settings → Members.
- Click Invite members.
- Enter the email address and choose a role.
- Click Send invite. They will receive an email with a link to join.
Roles explained
- Admin — full access including billing, workspace settings, and member management.
- Manager — can create and manage spaces, projects, and tasks. Cannot access billing.
- Member — can work on tasks they are assigned to or have access to.
- Guest — external collaborators who can view and comment but cannot change settings or invite others.
Revoking access
Go to Workspace Settings → Members, find the member, and click Remove. Their access is revoked immediately.
